Bai Chen is a partner at Integrity Capital Partners, specializing in early-stage investments in climate technology, with a particular focus on the battery and hydrogen ecosystems. He also facilitates cross-border investment and business collaborations for Integrity Capital Partners and portfolio companies. Prior to this, Bai Chen worked with a German VC firm Picus Capital and the Chinese venture capital firm IDG Capital, providing him with a well-rounded understanding of the investment landscape in both Europe and China. He holds an MBA from the PBC School of Finance at Tsinghua University and Cornell University.

Siddharth works with the government and the people of China to ensure the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals. Prior to this role, he was the United Nations Resident Coordinator to Kenya, leading efforts to reduce maternal deaths in Kenya and challenges faced by girls such as child marriage, FGM and sexual and gender based violence. ​

He has served with the United Nations since 1997, and also worked for the Red Cross, and started his early career in the Special Forces of the Indian Army.

Siddharth is a graduate in public policy from the Princeton School for Public and International Affairs, and describes himself as a feminist who firmly believes in gender equality.

Xuan’s study background is in environmental and energy management. Responsible for CDP disclosure and partnerships in China, focusing on corporate engagement and promoting supply chain best practices in CDP China. Improving transparency of environmental management and enhancing supply chain resilience of Chinese companies by engaging with stakeholders mainly listed companies and purchasers.
Prior to joining CDP, Xuan had worked in emission reduction and carbon market for years with plenty of experience in GHG inventory for both regions and industries and providing solutions on energy and emissions. Familiar with carbon reduction projects in national and international schemes. Also participated in national and regional carbon-related Standard drafting and local low-carbon development planning.

Pan Hao was born in 1981 in Anji, Zhejiang Province who has experience as a national civil servant, diplomat, negotiator of international economic and trade agreements, and corporate executive.
Pan Hao, Deputy General Manager (Acting General Manager) of SPIC Smart Energy Investment CO., LTD (Carbon Asset Management CO., LTD), is responsible for the operation and management of SPIC SEIC/CAMC, including SPIC’s dual-carbon business development and integrated smart energy investment.
During the period of 2004 to 2010 and 2014 to 2016, he worked in Department of International Trade and Economic Affairs of Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China, responsible for the negotiation of Free Trade Agreements between China and Iceland, Norway, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and ASEAN respectively. During the period of 2010 to 2014, he worked in Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, responsible for the China-UK civil nuclear cooperation. During the period of 2016 to 2018, he worked in China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC), responsible for CNNC’s international cooperation. During 2019 to 2021, he worked in State Power Investment Corporation, responsible for the management and coordination of strategic cooperation between SPIC and world's leading energy companies.

Calvin is a corporate and commercial lawyer specialising in the energy, natural resources and transportation sectors.

Calvin advises Asian and international clients in the energy, transport and natural resources sectors on their complex cross-border acquisitions, disposals, project development and financing projects.

He regularly advises clients on complex multi-billion dollar transactions and major projects worldwide.

Calvin has particular expertise in the oil and gas, LNG, refining and power sectors and has experience throughout the supply chain from upstream acquisition, field development, production, transportation, storage, refining and distribution.

Dr Erica Xuenan Li is a Professor of Finance and Director of China Industrial Policy Research Center at the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (CKGSB). Before joining CKGSB in 2012, she served as Assistant Professor of Finance at the Ross School of Business at University of Michigan during 2007 and 2012.

Professor Li teaches courses on topics such as asset securitization and behavioral finance at CKGSB. Her academic research interest focuses on asset pricing, monetary policy and corporate governance. Her papers have been published in top journals, including Review of Financial Studies, Journal of Financial Economics, Journal of Monetary Economics, and Management Sciences. Professor Li serves as an associate editor for International Review of Finance and Quarterly Journal of Economics and Management. She was awarded the Outstanding Research Award by CKGSB in 2018.

Professor Li holds a PhD in Finance with a minor in Macroeconomics from the University of Rochester and a PhD in Physics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She also holds bachelor’s degrees in Physics and Economics from Peking University.

Daisy Shen has 22 years’ experience with KPMG, including a long term secondment to KPMG’s Global Chairman’s Office and the KPMG Energy Centre of Excellence based in London, where she gained invaluable international experience in executive management and cross border M&A transactions. Daisy is specialized in Strategy, M&A, Energy Transition, ESG and decarbonisation Advisory, providing advice to corporates and governments in climate change, energy transition, low carbon investment, ESG and decarbonisation strategy. Daisy is a member of the Executive Committee of the British Chamber of Commerce in China, dedicated to promoting trade, investment and economic development between China and the UK. She is also a frequent speaker at women leadership forums and mentorship programs.

Robert Xiao is the Director of the Economist Intelligence Corporate Network (EICN) in Beijing. He is responsible for engaging in high-level dialogues with business and political leaders, providing insights on global macroeconomic trends and policy directions for Fortune 500 decision-makers to support their macro layout and business development in domestic and international markets.

Prior to joining EICN, Mr Xiao held positions as a lecturer, senior lecturer, PhD supervisor, and Deputy Director of the Impact Finance Hub at Monash University and Deakin Business School in Australia. His research mainly focused on the fields of corporate social responsibility, corporate governance, and economic and financial policy analysis related to the Chinese and US markets. He has authored multiple publications in Financial Times Top 50 Journals and been awarded major research grants jointly by the Academy of Social Sciences in Australia and Chinese Academy of Social Science.

An educator at heart, Mr Xiao has always maintained a passion for tertiary teaching. He has more than a decade of experience teaching business courses, including Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Finance, and Bachelor of Commerce programmes at leading universities.

Mr Xiao obtained his Ph.D. in Finance from Monash University and graduated with honours (B.Com. Hons) from Monash Business School in 2008 as the highest-achieving student in his cohort. He has won multiple awards from Australian universities, including the Australian Postgraduate Awards granted by the Australian Federal Government.

Ms. Cynthia Han Yu is the Director of Coal Transition, Energy Foundation China. She is responsible for developing coal transition strategies, covering topics including the transition of a coal-based economy and alternative energy solutions. Prior to joining the foundation in May 2022, Cynthia was an economist for multinational energy groups Total Energies and BP, overseeing studies on China’s gas, power, and renewables markets, developing the groups’ lower carbon transition strategies in China, and conducting associated investment analysis and due diligence. Cynthia also worked on gas market fundamental analysis at Wood Mackenzie and was an environmental planner for Ontario’s provincial grid company in Canada.

Ms. Yu holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Studies from University of Waterloo in Canada, a part-time Master of Business Administration degree from Guanghua School of Management at Peking University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences and Economics from Peking University.
