Event Details

The pandemic has brought us into a more digital world, with companies increasingly supporting remote work, meetings and events taking place online, and social networking becoming just as important as in-person networking. But has this improved the situation for women in the workplace, or made it more of a challenge? From childcare and gender-neutral communication to remote work and women in tech – how can companies ensure a safe and supportive digital environment?

We will be inviting senior leaders to discuss the current state of the workplace for women, hosting a Q&A and launching our annual 'Diversity & Inclusion Report', providing key takeaways from the survey and comparisons with previous years.

Launching at this event, the British Chambers' 'Diversity and Inclusion Report 2022' provides statistics and analysis on our members' diversity and inclusion initiatives.

The goal of this report is to guide decision-making to set tangible, realistic goals for making corporate culture and the business environment more inclusive, supportive and welcoming. In providing this report, we hope to build awareness, share knowledge, and provide a community for discussions on these important topics.
