Refund Policy
All event ticket purchases are non-refundable.
Refunds in exceptional cases may only be granted at the sole discretion of the British Chamber of Commerce in China and must be requested via email. If approved, a refund processing fee of 5% will be deducted from the total amount to cover banking costs.
