We'll walk you through exercises for mindfulness, stretching, and breathing – and all the exercises can be done at your desk or in the office. Attendees will leave the session empowered with new techniques for ensuring healthy workplaces that can be shared with employees.
With over 15 years of leadership experience in the legal industry in China, Ross has a deep understanding of the wellbeing challenges that professionals in China face in the workplace. His passion for employee care has driven him to help professional service firms, law firms, lawyers and other white-collar professionals create empathetic, fear-free environments, where healthy, happy and inspired individuals can bring their whole selves to work every day in service of their clients.
Ross is an accredited mediator, certified worksite wellness specialist, and an NLP Integrated Life Coach. He the founder of Kaivalya, as well as co-owner of Taozi Tree Yoga with his wife, Theresa (桃子老师) and is currently studying for a Masters in the Psychology of Kindness and Wellbeing at Work. He is the current Chair of the Wellness & Resilience Hub, British Chamber of Commerce in China and one of the authors of the Chamber's ‘Wellbeing and Resilience in the Workplace Report 2022’.

Sylvia has been with United Family Healthcare since 1996. Her career has advanced over the past 20 years due to her hard work, dedication, commitment to excellence, loyalty, and desire to constantly learn and change. Before becoming General Manager of the Beijing United Family Hospital, Sylvia held positions as project assistant, government relations and accreditation coordinator, assistant to General Manager, assistant General Manager and acting General Manager of Shanghai United Family Hospital. Sylvia holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Business Administration at the University of Colorado, a Master’s degree from Peking University’s Guanghua Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in English literature. Sylvia finished her Ph.D courses of Executive health administration at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and she is currently taking her Ph.D courses at Tsinghua-Johns Hopkins University.

Jason joined Steelcase Sales Team in Shanghai in 2011, with more than twenty years’ experience in the office furniture sector. Before joining Steelcase, he served as sales manager at AURORA furniture company. Jason currently serves on the business leaders of Steelcase, where he focuses on business management and developing positive relationship with design & PM firms. Jason graduated from Shanghai International Studies University.
Lexie Chen currently serves as the Head of Public Affairs for WeWork Greater China. She joined WeWork in 2018, assisting the brand in its expansion plans from the United States to the Chinese market, and played a crucial role in the company's market outreach, expanding from three cities to twelve. With 10 years of experience in the field of marketing and public relations, her expertise spans across various industries including luxury hotels, luxury goods, fast-moving consumer goods, and commercial real estate. She has provided services to renowned companies such as Ogilvy Public Relations (Hong Kong), Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Singapore Tourism Board, Cartier, and Porsche.
Lexie Chen graduated with a Master's degree in Global Communication from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Lynn Fan is HR Director of Deloitte China northern region. She has more than 20 years’ HR experiences in MNCs like Deloitte, Schneider Electric and Amazon. Lynn specializes in talent engagement, talent coaching and leadership development. She will share the strategies and the efforts made by Deloitte on improving the wellbeing of talents.

Shelley holds a degree in Psychology and Master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching which have equipped her in fostering positive growth and promoting well-being. Her leadership has been instrumental in driving a range of initiatives aimed at nurturing team effectiveness and cross-cultural collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams of Schools, NGOs, Universities and businesses worldwide across the UK, US, Europe and Asia.
As an educational leader, Shelley has successfully harnessed her broad background in Psychology, education and systemic coaching to drive strategic advancements, focused on holistic growth and organizational flourishing.
Ms. Wang received her Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of Iowa (USA), where she obtained her Psychology, B.S. Degree. Her counseling hours are 6500+. After returning to China, she worked in hospitals and universities serving children, teenagers, and adults. She would like to help clients develop self-compassion while achieving their personal goals.
