    With near 20 years dedicated to working in sustainability in China and the Asia Pacific, Callum is an experienced sustainability leader passionate about all sectors coming together to build a sustainable future for people and nature. He has a strong focus on nature and climate and having spent his time in China working in NGOs, the UN and most recently as Head of Corporate Sustainability for PwC, Callum now works independently to support organisations and individuals bring maximum impact to addressing the dual nature and climate crises. He is a firm believer that we are in a critical decade to get the world economy on track for a sustainable future–and that this can be done!

    Lin is Corporate Relations Director for Diageo Greater China based in Shanghai. His main responsibilities include public affairs, corporate sustainability, and communications. Lin was previously Corporate Social Responsibility & Regulatory Affairs Director for Diageo Asia Pacific based in Singapore, where he worked with regional stakeholders to promote effective and balanced alcohol policies. He has worked across Asia Pacific for over 30 years in a diverse career that has spanned strategic consulting, public affairs, public health, FMCG and bespoke travel sectors.

    Lin holds a BA in East Asian Studies from Princeton University and an MSc in Development Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies, London University.

Prior to joining the Chamber in 2022 as Senior Policy Analyst, Alexandra worked in an international law firm as a junior associate specialising in international shipping and trade.

    General Manager - Energy Transition at SHELL (China) Limited

    Ludy is the Energy Transition Lead of Shell China. She develops and implements the China Energy Transition plan in alignment with the Shell Powering Progress strategy, which sets out to create value for shareholders, customers, and wider society.
    She works closely with the businesses and leadership to identify new opportunities, to drive integrated values, to cultivate the sustainability culture and deliver the Net Zero Emission ambition of Shell by 2050.
    Ludy has a wealth of commercial experiences in Downstream business (Lubricants and Retail) where she had held roles in Business Development, Sales, Trade and Brand Marketing at both global and country levels. She has demonstrated strong leadership and was instrumental in growing the Lubricant premium portfolio with over double -digit growth in her tenure. She also played a vital role in many successful programs in driving the digital transformation, portfolio innovation and channel expansion that enabled Shell to sustain the leadership role.
    Ludy enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and watching movies in her spare time.

    Julian studied Chinese and Management in the UK, and East Asian Studies at Harvard and first came to China in 1994. Julian joined the UK Civil Service in 2007 and returned to Beijing in 2012. Julian was Commercial Counsellor for Energy at the British Embassy, focusing on infrastructure, offshore wind and civil-nuclear.

    Julian is also the Chair Emeritus of the British Chamber of Commerce in China.

    Daisy Shen has 22 years’ experience with KPMG, including a long term secondment to KPMG’s Global Chairman’s Office and the KPMG Energy Centre of Excellence based in London, where she gained invaluable international experience in executive management and cross border M&A transactions. Daisy is specialized in Strategy, M&A, Energy Transition, ESG and decarbonisation Advisory, providing advice to corporates and governments in climate change, energy transition, low carbon investment, ESG and decarbonisation strategy. Daisy is a member of the Executive Committee of the British Chamber of Commerce in China, dedicated to promoting trade, investment and economic development between China and the UK. She is also a frequent speaker at women leadership forums and mentorship programs.

    Allan has extensive professional service experience in sustainability and climate, risk advisory and internal control. His clients include national ministries, central enterprises, listed companies, etc., covering multiple industries such as finance Service institution, high-tech, manufacturing, energy, telecommunications, and consumer.
    Allan actively responds to the Global “WorldClimate” program, lead the establishment of Deloitte China Sustainability & Climate Institute and the Sustainability & Climate Bold Play, sharing Deloitte's industry-leading insights and policy analysis to provide clients with “end-to-end” comprehensive solutions.
    Allan has led abundant projects in climate change and decarbonization management, green finance, ESG investment, ESG reporting, and sustainable supply chain area, and led to develop and launch Deloitte EEIO Carbon Footprint Factor Database, filling in the gap in this field in China. Allan has long been committed to the study of laws and regulations related to Sustainability and Climate, including the policy researches and discussions organized by SASAC, MoF, CICPA, and GFC
    Mr. Xie led the team to develop the first online "ESG Channel" launched by a professional services firm to empower companies and individuals through a series of professional insights and course sharing. He also has led to study and publish more than 60 articles and reports on hot topics, includes "The Road to Decarbonization 2030", "Deloitte 2023 Chief Executive Sustainability Report" and "Financial Sector Addresses the Challenges of Net Zero Emissions Transition".

    Yuan Yuan, SVP of Climate Change, Corporate Sustainability, at HSBC

    Yuan supports the implementation of HSBC’s climate strategy in China, mainly support lines of businesses in sustainable finance proposition development, engagement with clients and regulators to feed inputs on net-zero transition, ESG taxonomy, etc., as well as sustainability capacity building. Yuan also leads the Climate Solutions Partnership programmes in China and manages strategic partnership with key multipliers and thought leaders in climate change and sustainability. Prior to join HSBC, Yuan worked as the director of business environment at China Britain Business Council and head of Beijing office at CECEP Environmental Consulting Group, where she led sustainability consulting activities for Chinese SOEs and multinationals with strong presence in China. Yuan also used to serve as the head of Greater China regional office of GRI, the global standard setter of sustainability reporting. Yuan holds a Master of Science in International Relations from Leiden University and Bachelor of Law in Beijing Normal University.
