Supporting LGBTQ Talent in Your Workplace
BritCham China's Diversity in Business Forum brings together member companies of the chamber with an interest in making their company culture and policies more inclusive of employees from a wide range of backgrounds.
A survey of British member companies in China last year found that companies may not know how many of their employees are part of the LGBTQ community, making it challenging to implement effective policies.
This session will provide member companies with an insight into why it is important that companies become more inclusive of and attractive to LGBTQ talent, what steps they should take, what challenges they might encounter and how to overcome them, and other such topics.
