He brings a grounded, operator’s perspective on navigating change while keeping human connection at the centre, using AI behind the scenes to support scale and resilience.

Mila Perchinkova is a Bid Manager at Eibens Consulting since 2022 and has been based in Beijing for the past two years. She specializes in the development of complex proposals and communication strategies for agri-food projects, particularly in the areas of market intelligence and the promotion of agri-food products, with a focus on China and across Southeast Asia.

Prior to Eibens, Mila gained experience in bid management, procurement and operations across a wide range of projects in Europe and the MENA region. She holds an Executive MBA degree from Sheffield University and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje.

Susanne Zhang-Pongratz is CEO of Getzner Materials Co. Ltd. In her role, she has been responsible for the operational business and strategic direction of Getzner Werkstoffe in China and Hong Kong since 2017. Getzner is the leading specialist in vibration isolation and shock protection, used in applications such as railway lines, construction, and industry.

Prior to Getzner, Susanne served as Chief Representative at the Raiffeisen Bank International AG Zhuhai Representative Office.

Susanne has a BA in Oriental Studies from the University Ca' Foscari in Venice, and an MBA on Finance from the Edinburgh Business School.
