As the head of Fiducia’s China Consulting Team, Marshall has 15 years’ experience in providing multinational clients with cutting-edge market intelligence and strategic advice to support their growth in the Chinese market. His expertise ranges from conducting in-depth market studies (market mapping, competitor benchmarking, cost-competitive analysis, demand analysis) to strategy formulation for market entry and growth, as well as M&A support. Marshall has extensive experience in supporting clients from various industries, including plastics, machinery and medical devices.

Before joining Fiducia, Marshall worked for nearly ten years at companies in China including Google and the ERP company Efuture to conduct business research and advise clients in IT and business strategy. Marshall holds an MBA from HKUST, speaks fluent Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, and is highly competent in dealing with clients in a cross-cultural working environment.

Samuel brings a passion for policy analysis and strong research, project management, and strategic consulting skills to North Head’s resource, automotive, chemicals, and energy clients. He joined North Head in 2016.
 
In his past work, Samuel has implemented projects on behalf of foreign governments meant to protect the intellectual property rights of SMEs in China and South-East Asia, working as part of a team spanning multiple countries. Before that, he worked in a policy think tank in his home state of Maine. Samuel graduated from Bowdoin College. He is a native English speaker and fluent in Chinese.
