HR Development Workshop

Experience meaningful, behaviour-change learning at our bespoke HR professional workshop, hosted by the corporate development team at The Hutong Impact. 

The workshop, called the Company Culture Booster, is focused on how to improve organisational culture. Attendees at all professional levels are welcome, from senior leaders to young HR professionals and recent graduates pursuing a career in HR. 

The direction of the workshop will be guided by the real-world organisational challenges of participating senior leaders. The professional facilitation team at The Hutong Impact will offer guidance and perspectives on these challenges, such as cross-cultural communication, effective feedback and other issues. 

This workshop will be followed by a networking social event at The Hutong's courtyard space.
