BritCham China launched the British Business in China: Position Paper 2021 on 26th May. The report provides advocacy and representation on behalf of British businesses operating in mainland China. We highlight both the key regulatory challenges that inhibit their growth and valuable opportunities for each sector in the China market in 2021.
This year, against the backdrop of COP 15 in Kunming and COP 26 in Glasgow, we also present key climate policies coming out of Zhongnanhai and the work that British businesses in China are doing to contribute to 30-60 goals or to their organisation's global net-zero emissions targets.
We are delighted to present the annual report to our key partners from the British business community, including the British Chambers of Commerce (BCC), China-Britain Business Council (CBBC), Chinese Chamber of Commerce UK (CCCUK) as well as Confederation of British Industry (CBI). Join our online Position Paper briefing and hear from business leaders, economists and academics to discuss findings from the annual report, as well as opportunities and challenges in the UK-China relations in the year ahead.
