A mother herself, she brings both professional insight and personal perspective to her work with students and parents. She believes entrepreneurship extends beyond starting companies, it is a mindset centered on curiosity, adaptability, and initiative. She is particularly interested in connecting ideas across cultures and fields, and enjoys engaging with communities that value innovation, collaboration, and forward-thinking approaches to solving real-world problems.

Zach Ebling is, first and foremost, a follower of Christ and a proud father of two—roles he considers far more important than any professional title. His entrepreneurial journey began early when he founded his first company, Dinosaur Apparel, selling homemade t-shirts to classmates in high school. He’s been hooked on building things ever since. Since 2010, Zach has co-founded two education consulting companies and has helped hundreds of international students navigate the global university admissions process. Today, he serves as CEO of Booyah Education Consulting.
Outside of work, Zach is Co-Chair of the AmCham China SME Committee, a Diamond-level Yahoo Fantasy Sports competitor, a former flag football MVP and Defensive Player of the Year, a proud Chase Travel Portal maximalist, and—most recently—a burgeoning RedNote influencer, still waiting for his first viral video.

Su Cheng Harris-Simpson is the Founder and President of Synpact, a social enterprise that empowers underrepresented people, with a focus on women and girls.With over 30 years of experience, she previously founded SCHSAsia, a strategy consulting and communications firm, and held leadership roles at Boeing, UTC, and the Capital Club Beijing. Since 1997, she has been a prominent community builder in Beijing, serving multiple chambers of commerce, embassies, and not-for-profits, including four terms on the AmCham Board of Governors.Su Cheng is recognized as a visionary entrepreneur and advocate for women leaders.

Jessica Lam is the Co-founder of Kaiterra, a pioneering company in air quality monitoring technology. Starting with a single innovative air quality sensor product in the Chinese market, Kaiterra rapidly expanded its portfolio to include a wide range of smart environmental monitoring solutions, including indoor and outdoor air quality devices, real-time data platforms, and analytics services. Through strategic market expansion, Kaiterra now serves multiple international markets across Asia, North America, and Europe, helping businesses and consumers make informed decisions to improve health and environmental well-being. Jessica’s leadership has been instrumental in driving Kaiterra’s transformation from a startup to a global leader in environmental technology.

Ross Parsonage is a community builder and cross-cultural connector with 27+ years in Beijing.For the last six years, he has served on the Executive Committee of the British Chamber of Commerce in China, representing SME interests and chairing the Wellbeing Hub.He co-founded Taozi Tree Yoga with his wife, Theresa in 2018, building a wellness community from the ground up.He previously spent 17 years in intellectual property advising global companies, and now serves as Community Liaison Officer for AIIB's Family Support Network. Ross and Theresa are raising four young children in a bilingual, multicultural home.

Ferry Rebergen is a seasoned Beijing entrepreneur. After arriving as intern in 2006, he rose quickly to leadership positions having led teams and companies from 2009 onwards. In the period between 2016 and 2021 he has also been active in the Board of the Benelux Chamber of Commerce, of which 1.5 year in Covid-period as interim-GM. An MBA graduate from the University of Liverpool, over the past decade Ferry has steadily re-educated himself towards the field of wellness (healing, yoga, meditation) and is now partner in the recently opened Green Tara Wellness Center, while simultaneously remaining active with his own brand Surya Wellness.
