Kaye Deng commenced her tax profession in Transfer Pricing and General tax consulting in 2008. As a general tax specialist, Kaye has managed tax projects in a broad range of industries (including, Medical Appliances, Automotive, Aircraft, Pharmacy, TMT, Consumer Products, Real Estate etc.), assisting large multinational enterprises with international transaction planning, market entry support, corporate compliance, business restructuring, and transfer pricing tax planning. Since relocating to Tianjin in 2023, Kaye has been providing support to multinational enterprises —in mediation and negotiation with various government authorities, including the Taxation Bureau. In her role as Co-Chair of the Government Affairs Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce, Kaye has engaged in extensive technical exchanges with departments overseeing areas such as land resources, human resources, commerce, development and reform, foreign exchange administration, and statistics. Additionally, Kaye has been invited to serve as a speaker and instructor in government training sessions and workshops aimed at improving the business environment.
