Vivian Tsoi is White & Case’s Corporate/M&A Partner in China. Shuhong has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources with various firms. Before joining in Novo Nordisk (China) Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd., she was the HR manager of Nokia China and AMECO (Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering Corporation). She has broad experience in HR all areas as well as deep knowledge in talents development and company culture.
Shuhong holds a bachelor degree in English and a Master Degree in Psychology and Master of EMCCC(organization psychology) from Insead. And she also enrolled specific HR programs in international business schools like Carnegie Mellon and China Europe International Business School, Strategy execution program from Harvard Business school.
She is certified facilitator for MBTI, OPQ, Hogan, Belbin, and certified coach from CTI.
